Event: Kangaroo Valley Craft Beer and BBQ Festival 2017
Where: The Friendly Inn, Kangaroo Valley South Eastern NSW
When: 18th and 19th November 2017
Up to 25 teams will be involved with cash and prizes up to $7,500.
The four categories include pork and ribs, lamb, chicken and beef.
This is a well-patronised barbequing, family-friendly event. All are welcome to enjoy the fabulous food and music. Limited tickets available. See you at the Inn!
Event: Brews and Barbie Bash 2017
Where: Toowoomba QLD
When: 24th and 25th November 2017
Only 10 teams will be fighting it out for the $3,000 cash and prizes.
There are trophies across all 4 categories.

Event: Australian Brewery Kingsford Invitational 2017
Where: Australian Brewery, Rouse Hill NSW
When: 25th and 26th November 2017
One of the most popular barbequing events on the calendar. The Kingsford Invitational will this year host 30 teams. There is $40,000 worth of cash and prizes on the line.
The event attracts competitors from all over the world. The USA teams love to compete with the Aussies and the New Zealanders think they can show us a thing or two about cooking outdoors. Both our allies in wartime but competitive barbequing is a whole new battleground!
16 out of the top 20 ranked Australian teams will be in attendance at Grand Champions and Reserved Grand Champions making up the rest of the contingent.

Event: The Big Barbeque – Parramatta 2018

The 3 annual Big BBQ Battle in Parramatta is sure to be a must-attend event. Scheduled on the Australia Day weekend, the weather promises to create the perfect barbequing conditions for the entrants to produce their best cooked culinary creations.

Well, it was only a matter of time before Tasmanian churned out its best and brightest barbeque competitors in the state. For the first time in barbequing history, Hobart will be conducting the inaugural Hobart Brewing and BBQ Festival to join many great BBQ events around Australia.
There are a number of activities for the whole family including Tassie beer and cider tasting, artisan market, food vendors and blues music as if the barbequing wasn’t enough!

Event: Meatstock Melbourne

The battle of the tongs continues on the 17th and 18th of March 2018 at the Meatstock event in Melbourne.
This is a music and meat festival fit for a king, well a king of the BBQ anyway.
It is the weekend of the “B” word, barbequing, beards, barbers, butchers, bourbons and beer.
There is, of course, the barbers, butchers and barbeque wars in conjunction with demonstrations and workshops.
I can smell it already!
